Step 1:
To convert a file to PDF format, click the "Choose File" button and
select the document from your computer. Then click "Convert to PDF."
Please wait a moment for your file to convert, since large files may
take a long time to convert.
Step 2:
After your file has been converted, a new screen will appear.
Then, click the link that reads "Download the PDF file" to save your
newly converted PDF file to your computer. Once it has been saved, it can now be uploaded to the
online application system.
Note: the PDF converter does not upload the file for you.
